You can have peace of mind that we will source the ideal tenant(s) in line with your preferences. Our priority is to work with you to maximise your rental income and ensure there are no periods where your property is standing vacant.

Landlord fees

In accordance with new government legislation, agents are to make fees relating to selling and buying more prominent. This makes the process easier now more than ever. We are happy with this change and are proud to display our fees. Honesty is a big part of our ethos, and to us, the more straightforward we can make our process for customers, the better.

Our Fees

  • Let only fee 7.2% (6% + VAT)
  • Letting & management fees are charged monthly 12% (10% + VAT)
  • Rent recovery policy £300
  • Basic Inventory or interim inspection (no extra charge if opting for management service) £150.00 (£125 + VAT)
  • Energy performance certificate £72.00 (£60.00 + VAT)
  • Gas safety certificate £60.00 (£50.00 + VAT)
